“Come and try it here” – Reuben Abati dares ex-SGF after he told TVC presenter ‘shut up’

Journalist, Reuben Abati and his colleagues at Arise TV dare ex-SGF, Babachir Lawal after he told a TVC presenter to ‘shǔt up’ on live TV.

JAPD Africa recalls that the politician who was interviewed last night on TVC news had stirred mixed reactions with his manners of shǔtting down the interviewer.

Bachir Lawal who was queried on his qualms about the 2023 and 2019 election had shut down the interviewer, asking him to shǔt up, before going on to make his own words heard.

Reuben Abati and his colleagues, Rufai et al had reacted to the drama.

They urged Babachir Lawal to come over to their station and repeat a display of what he had done at TVC.

“Let Babachir Lawal come here and try it. And try to say ‘shut up’ the kind of flogging that he will receive. In fact he will not be able to sleep that night.”
