Israel DMW, singer Davido’s logistics manager, has taunted PDP’s Asue Ighodalo following his loss at the Supreme Court.
JAPD Africa reported that Ighodalo, Israel’s candidate of choice for the Edo State Governorship election, had approached the Apex court to annul Monday Okpebholor’s declaration as the winner of the September 2023 election.
However, in a ruling delivered on Thursday, July 10th, 2025, the Apex court dismissed Ighodalo’s petition because it lacked merit.
Reacting to it via his Instagram story, Israel shared a photo of Ighodalo receiving anointing from a clergyman, as he made him know that anointing doesn’t win elections in Nigeria.
