The unveiling of the coalition party by top politicians across party lines last week has thrown the All Progressives Congress, APC as a whole off balance.
All Progressives Congress leaders and supporters alike didn't expect what they got last week.
What I believe still baffles the APC uptil this very moment is the manner with which Nigerians embraced the coalition and its adopted party, ADC.
No doubt, Mr President must be seriously worried and troubled by the acceptability of the coalition put in place to legitimately unseat him come 2027 by politicians he has chosen to label as Internally Displaced Politicians, IDP.
Does hungry Nigerians give a hoot about who spearheads the legitimate voting out of a man whose ascendancy to the presidency brought daily limitations, pàîns, sørrøws, hunger, frustration and dèàth upon them?
What the supporters of Mr President don't understand is that, it is said that "when the desirable becomes unavailable, the available becomes desirable." That's the very reason the masses of this country have given the leaders of the coalition the nod to champion the cause to wrest power from the president come 2027. Okpari!
2027 elections are going to be between the masses and the governors and lawmakers who are defecting everyday. Majority of them won't go back to their offices, trust me!
Rather than launching media waar against the leaders of the coalition, the president should do the needful and pull back the country from the cliff so hungry and angry Nigerians can heave a sigh of relief! Chikena!
The President's apologists were quick to lampoon leaders of the coalition, calling them all manner of derogatory names to dissuade Nigerians from queueing behind them. Fa, fa, fa, foul! Apologies to Chief Zebrudaya.
Wait a minute, does that really matter at this critical time?

NIGERIANS ARE NOT ASKING FOR TOO MUCH!
Trust me , if Mr President as a matter of urgency fixes the country before the commencement of the 2027 elections proper, Nigerians would pardon him for demeaning their lives and dëstroyïng their livelihoods through his obnoxious policies.
Today, if Mr President provides Nigerians with:
1. Adequate security and stop the daily bløødshed unleashed on hapless Nigerians by bãndīts, tērrørïsts and other crïmïnàls.
2. Puts in place measures that would drastically drag down prices of goods and services.
3. Allows the Legislature and Judiciary to function according to the dictates of the law for democracy to thrive.
4. Cuts down government's unnecessary expenditures and plug loopholes that bleed the country (corruption).
5. Allows opposition to breathe and halts the one-party state system he seems to encourage with his body language, etc. Definitely, the president would be too good to triumph in 2027.
For me, the above items are not herculean tasks that can't be realized. The list of items above are realizable. The ball is in the president's court.
If Mr President executes the items listed above, the coalition wouldn't have anything to use against him. Period!
Infact, we at the Bendel Gists Blog will role out our drums and work for his return if he restores the dignity of life and boost the standard of living of Nigerians.
If he refuses to execute those items listed above, it's going to be "OYO", (On Your Own) for the president!
No one hátës the president, what Nigerians want is equity, justice, fairness, good governance etc.
